Re-Establish Balanced Partnership through Equus

the language of horses, translated for humans to understand. A Language that is universal, and adaptable, to be used between horse and human, human and horse, and human to human.

Never under estimate the power of communication. Communication in all its forms, be it positive, negative, through body language, fear and aggression; gentleness and love; communication in all its forms is extremely powerful.

For me the most powerful language of all is the gentle, positive communication with horses, particularly through the language of equus.

A language that has for many years been learnt, adapted and taught by some great horseman, such as Monty Roberts, Tom and Bill Dorrance to name just a few.

Working with horses in this way inspires me to be much more aware of my own personal communication with my family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances; pets as well as the horses I come across.

Working with both Horses and humans to overcome these fears is a passion and a mission of mine. I admit that the gentling methods do not make the horses forget their past, but what it does do, is allow them to realise that what happened in their past does not have to be, is no longer a part of their present or future.

Horses have helped me overcome my own set of challenges and difficulties, and there have been one or two humans that have helped with the verbal expression and release of bottled up feelings, hurts and emotions; but its the work that I have done on myself using my horses' insight that has helped me become the woman I am today.

This is my chance to return the favour and to give something back to the horses I come across each day.

Provide you with the tools to continue your training either with your horse, or with yourself further
