When you begin to see through the eyes of horses you will enter another world. In this world, laws more ancient than ours are in effect. Existence is clear and uncomplicated. Every step into this world lets us sense more deeply, breathe more freely. A quiet rhythm encompasses this life.
A Journey of Thoughts & A Path of Friendship
I am sure that you have had the feeling at least once in your life, of being in complete harmony with the natural world around you. these are wonderful moments when you feel confident, strong, and connected to everything. with no particular triumph involved these are the high points of life.
What lies before you in an Equine Reiki Workshop is not just qualifications enabling you to give Reiki to horses, or to teach Equine Reiki, (depending on your level).
What lies before you is an Inner Path into the world of horses; where you will become open to yourself; leaving all your expectations behind; learning to come into harmony with the horses' world.
When you become open to their totally different viewpoint, you give their world a new reality: for you and the horse, everything becomes more open, more spacious, more free. This kind of relationship with horses in freedom allows you to discover a piece of your own freedom too. Your thoughts will head in a new direction, and you will orient yourself anew.
Horses are Emotional Experts
What can I do to come to an understanding with my horse, or any horse? How do I bridge the distance between human and horse that makes our being together so difficult? Is a friendship like the one that exists between horses even possible? Are not man and horse too different and their respective interests too one sided?
To see the world through another's eyes, to experience it as he does, is often difficult for us even when we love another person, and very much want to help.
Horses however do this more easily. They sense disposition of the other and effortlessly read his physical expression, even from a distance. Horses feel when they see. They pay little attention to individual details like the face or voice, and take in the energy radiating from the whole being. A horse has only his body and movement with which to live out his tensions and emotions. Even when he whinnies loudly, because he feels alone, his whole body is involved in making the sound.
Equine Reiki can be that bridge, that friendship.
The Horse's empathic perception encompasses human beings because horses share a common language with us, a language that in the beginning was also our only one, wordless, universal, written in our gut - the language of the body.
The encounter between human and horse is more difficult than between one horse and another. As I, the human, unilaterally arranged the fact that we are together, I am responsible for how things go. So let us in our thoughts, and through Equine Reiki, open ourselves to how this situation appears to a horse.
A true understanding of the other, be he person or animal, is only possible if I make the effort to see things from his point of view. In other words .... How is the Horse Feeling?
Insight can be gained through simplistic, pure, touching from your heart centre, using Equine Reiki.
Equine Reiki is an entryway. Once you go through it, you will never again be able to distance yourself from the concerns of horses. You will no longer be deaf to their language. Equine Reiki Classes and Courses – About the Courses
Many courses for Equine Reiki Levels 1 to 3 will ask that you at least be attuned to the relevant Usui Reiki Level beforehand. Naturally for the student interested in learning to give Reiki to their own horse, and thereafter perhaps continuing through the remaining levels, this means double fees whilst they learn the Usui Reiki Level relevant, before embarking on their Equine Level.
As a horse owner I know how important it is to give the best to our horses, but at the same time I also realise just how limited spare funds/cash can be. I therefore offer a combined course for each level and provide the appropriate manuals for both Usui Reiki and Equine Reiki, and charge just one fee for each combination course. This means that for each level taken, studied and attuned to, you will be qualified in both Usui Reiki and Equine Reiki. For those students who are already Usui Reiki qualified I offer Equine Reiki Workshops levels 1, 2 and 3. For more information on the Equine Reiki only courses, please see the Workshops following the combination workshops.

Combined Usui Reiki & Equine Reiki Level 1 Workshop
The Combined Equine Reiki Level 1 Course consists of a day of practical work; working with your own horse; and includes a series of Manuals and Leaflets, including Equine Reiki Level 1 Class Manual, The First Degree Usui Reiki Class manual, Leaflets on the Human Aura, and Leaflets on the Human Chakra, and the Chakras of a Horse, Dog and Cat; all of which will be sent to you before the appointed day of your course.
There will be three Complete Attunements; including one for Usui Level 1 Reiki, one for Equine Reiki Level 1 and a Usui/Equine Reiki Healing Attunement for you and your horse.
This course covers everything that you will need to channel Reiki for yourselves, including extensive diagrams of hand positions when self treating, and treating friends and family, together with the hand positions for treating your horses.
On completion students with First Degree Usui Reiki and Equine Reiki can work on themselves and their own horses. Included with each course, is unlimited telephone and email support with myself thereafter; including being there as “support” whilst you Channel your first independent Equine Reiki sessions.

Combined Usui Reiki & Equine Reiki Level 2 Advanced Practitioner's Workshop
The Equine Reiki Level 2 Course is the next step in Equine Reiki for horses. Although the Level 1 course covers everything that you need, to work for yourself or on horses, the Equine Level 2 course is for people wishing to learn more techniques and further themselves in the field of Equine Reiki. The Equine Reiki Level 2 course consists of one full day, and includes Usui Reiki and Equine Reiki Manuals that will be sent to you prior to the course date, and which will include everything in the course to give you confidence on your course date and thereafter.
Once again this combined course will qualify you in both Usui Reiki Advanced Practitioner Level 2 and Equine Reiki Advanced Practitioner Level 2; giving you the relevant attunements required for both.
Students with Usui Reiki Second Degree and Equine Reiki Level 2 can set up their own Reiki Practice working on their own clients, be they human, dog, cat and horse. A leaflet on setting up your own practice, insurance etc is also included in the Level 2 course notes.

Combined Usui & Equine Reiki Level 3 Master/Teacher Workshop
Proceeding to Level 3 and attaining Master Practitioner/Teacher level means that you will be qualified to teach your own courses and pass on your knowledge and love of Reiki and Equine Reiki to others in both Usui Reiki and Equine Reiki.
My Equine Reiki and Usui Reiki Courses are open to all. As briefly described above there are three levels to Equine Reiki just as there are to Usui Reiki. With each level that you take, I will provide you with Manuals and teach you combined Equine Reiki and Usui Reiki together; and you will receive the appropriate attunements for both Equine Reiki and Usui Reiki for each level within each combined course.
At the end of the Combined Usui & Equine Reiki 3 Master/Teacher Level Workshop, I will provide you with the Manuals for each of the relevant levels Attunements, Equine Healing Attunement, and you will be able to purchase the pdf files to each manual at an additional cost of £10.00 per manual - for use within your own courses.
Within this workshop, I will also teach you how to meditate with your horse, which is exceedingly beneficial to both you and your horse, particularly when used in conjunction with Equine Reiki, and can help in the following ways:-
· Ease anxiety and nerves
· Reduce stress
· Assist the horse to relax and/or calm down
· Encourage more balanced behaviour
· Pacify prior to unusual situations e.g. travel, sales or new environment
· Recover from a traumatic situation

Within this workshop, I will also teach you how to meditate with your horse, which is exceedingly beneficial to both you and your horse, particularly when used in conjunction with Equine Reiki, and provide information on working with a Horse's Aura in detail, together with some information on using Equine Reiki in conjunction with other therapies.
